NOEMA è un sito dedicato a stimolare la riflessione sulle relazioni tra la cultura - intesa in senso lato, quindi anche nel senso di abitudini, modi di vita, comunicazione, economia, arte, attività sociali... - e le nuove tecnologie. È importante che i fruitori di NOEMA siano sensibili ai diritti degli autori (critici, teorici, artisti, grafici, operatori, ecc.) che pubblicano i loro materiali su NOEMA - di qualunque natura questi materiali siano - e che proteggano l'integrità di questi lavori.

NOEMA è gratuito e ha esclusivamente finalità culturali.

NOEMA is website devoted to stimulate reflections about the relationships among culture (in a broader meaning, i.e. customs, lifestyles, communication, economy, art...) and new technologies. To this end, it is critical that all users of NOEMA be sensitive to the rights of the authors (theorists, writers, critics, artists, designers and operators) who have their material published in NOEMA (whichever nature their material is) and protect the integrity of their works.

NOEMA is free and has only a cultural scope.

The contents of NOEMA are copyrighted. Rights of the materials published in NOEMA belong to their authors.
